Want to look and feel good in 2019?

Join us on our 2019 Health and Wellness Challenge.

 The idea of the challenge is to incorporate some simple healthy daily practices into your life for 2019, that will positively impact your health and wellbeing.

 

Here’s the challenge: Remember 20/20/20

 20 mins of light exercise every day. We will be doing yoga and you can join us as we will post some yoga routines for you to follow along with some light exercise alternatives if yoga is not your thing. 

 20 pushups everyday. These don’t have to be full pushups, the idea is to move everyday with reasonable exertion, press ups against a wall is a good place to start if this is challenging enough. We’ll post a video on our facebook page to help you understand your options.

 20 minutes of fun, smiling, laughter or connection with friends and/or family.

 Minimal sugar intake (ideally we will aim to eventually cut out added sugar altogether, but for now lets say minimal sugar to be realistic

We will regularly post health food and nutrition suggestions and would love to hear your ideas too.

You can join the challenge at any time, but it is recommended that you commit for a minimum of three months to ensure you start seeing the results of your commitment. It take three months to see a physical change, when you take up a new health challenge.

We’re keeping ourselves accountable by posting progress reports which will include a monthly measure up. This will show our measurements at certain body areas and the change (if any).

We believe a measure up is preferable to checking our weight as we look to tone our bodies. We will show you how to do the measure up.

If you sign up for the challenge and stick with it, we will be offering rewards and prizes along the way, so keep at it and email us your monthly measure up progress report, so you can have a chance to win.

Let’s use 2019 to create a really healthy, strong and well foundation for all the years of our life that are going to follow.
